| Jul 11 - 14 | Aitkin County Fair | Visit us at our Air-conditioned Log Museum Located on the S.E. corner of the Fairgrounds, where our faithful volunters disseminate Aitkin County's History. This year's display will be Aitkin County restaurants. We staff our Log Cabin from 10am to 8:00 p.m. each day. Door prizes given away daily. | |

| August | Aug 3 -4 | Annual Garage Sale | Located at the Aitkin County fairgrounds during Riverboat days. This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. Tax deductible garage sale items will be accepted, marked, and stored starting months prior to sale. Donations are now being accepted for this year’s sale, Set up for our sale begins the week after the County Fair. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. Come and give us a hand. Call for details. |

| Aug 30 | Warren William marathon | Turner Classic Movies (TCM) is having a 24-hour Warren William marathon. Warren William was an Aitkin native. The ACHS store carries a biography of Warren William by John Stangeland. | |

| Sep14 - 16 | Aitkin Rendevouz | Event held at the Aitkin County Fair grounds. We operate a food booth and this year we will have a display in our Log Cabin. | |

Our special Christmas displays created by member and volunteer Jo White are always a treat to see. Raffle drawing at 2:00 p.m. during the Open House. Need not be present to win. Open House 9 a/m - 4 p.m. Cookie Walk - 9:30 a.m. until all the cookies are gone |
