Ripple River Strings Arnie Anderson, Conductor
The beginning Orchestra is composed of those players who are just learning to play a string instrument or feel the to need to "brush up" on old skills. It is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a larger group and feel the support of other instruments playing together.
Great River Strings Richard Aulie, Conductor
This is the main orchestra and is composed of players of different skill levels. The music ranges from easy to intermediate levels. Challenging music may be included.
Great River Chamber Ensemble
This group is open to the more advanced players who want to stretch their skill levels and are willing to put in extra practice time.
GRS Stage Hands
A vital part of our concert success. Duties can include setting up for concerts, serving coffee at the concert receptions, soliciting concert program ads, helping with fund raising and ecouranging others to attend the concerts.
